Children's parties

Look no further for the perfect venue for your child’s next birthday! Our halls are the ideal space for unforgettable kids’ parties!

  • Friendly, supportive staff on hand to help your day run smoothly

All children’s party bookers are welcome to visit our on-site cafe (situated in the north-east corner of the park, near the pitches) and get 20% discount on hot drinks throughout January, February and March 2026  (subject to fair use at the time of the party – just show your hall booking confirmation e-mail at the cafe.)

Clubs and other events

Our halls are also available for other private events, clubs and community groups including dancing and table tennis. Band Room

14m x 18.5m

Used by our Out of School club every weekday afternoon, the Band Room is our largest room for hire and is perfect for large meetings, small conferences, training sessions and makes a perfect venue for a children’s party.

Key Features: Our most spacious hall for hire comes with a fully-fitted kitchen, tables and chairs, high speed wireless broadband and is wheelchair accessible, with an exit that conveniently leads from the hall directly onto the street.

Capacity: 60 seated, 100 standing.

Standard bookings: £60 per hour

Three-hour children’s party: £140

Guides Hall

11.5m x 6m

The Guides Hall is our second largest hall for hire and is perfect for training sessions, meetings and children’s parties.

Key Features: The hall comes with a fully-fitted kitchen, tables and chairs and high speed wireless broadband. The hall also includes a 75 inch wall-mounted smart TV with HDMI connection. It is wheelchair accessible with exits that conveniently lead from the hall directly onto street as well as into the park/playground itself.

Capacity: 35 seated, 60 standing.

Standard bookings: £45 per hour

Three-hour children’s party : £120

  • To book a children’s party please select ‘Kids Parties’ under the facility section to view the 3-hour discounted Kids Party slots.

* From the 14th April to the 15th May we are having our new play equipment installed outside the Guides Hall, this is part of our project to transform our Junior Play Area into a vibrant, inclusive space for all children. For Guides Hall bookings between this period you will need to access the hall through the door on Guilford Street, for existing bookings please check your emails for updates on access.
