Sessional Sports Coach
Location: Coram’s Fields, Kings Cross/Bloomsbury
Hourly rate: £10.55 p/hr
Hours: Flexible, during term time and school holiday periods
For over 80 years, Coram’s Fields has provided pioneering services for young people from birth through to early adulthood, today these services continue to provide invaluable support to local people. Our Sports Development programme supports young people from across the age and ability spectrum, providing children and young people with their first experience of sport to supporting their progression into further education, training and employment.
Over the last ten years, we’ve established ourselves as one of the leading providers of sport in Camden, engaging over 500 young people per week through our open access, community sports programme.
The future will see us build on this success by expanding on the current programme to increase the reach and impact of our work through a range of targeted services including a commitment to driving the growth of female participation in sport, whilst also developing more work with hard to reach groups and those with disabilities.
You’ll be an inspirational leader, bringing a creative flair to your work in all aspects of fitness, exercise and sports coaching for children and young people of all abilities. This will be part of the after school, targeted sports projects and school half term holidays and our numerous community sports events.
