Support Camden’s Afghan Crisis Response

You can support recently arrived people from Afghanistan in Camden. This is a fast-moving situation and ways in which people can support and help are likely to change over the coming weeks and months. Our suggestions are from Camden Council and our partner VCS organisations. Please click hyperlinks below.

Amazon Wishlist

• Donate essential items including underwear and toiletries through Camden Council. You can easily donate items through the Amazon wishlist. The wishlist reflects the most in need items, and items are directly distributed by the Council.

Donating your voice

• Camden need translators and interpreters and people who speak Afghan languages- Dari (Farsi) and Pashto- to support with written translations and face to face interpreting. If you are able to provide support, please send your name and contact details to CommunityResponse@Camden.gov.uk. Please indicate whether you have a current DBS check.
